Waqar has spent the last 17 years in the field of personal leadership development and change. He came across Shadow Work through his work with the ManKind Project UK&I, and after many years of searching found what he believes to be the most authentic and natural process of personal change available.
Alongside shadow work coaching, Waqar is a leadership development and change consultant, advising leaders and organisations on the shifts that might be needed to create a more human, healthy and high performing environment
In his personal life, he invests his energy in endeavouring to be a healthy father, husband, brother, son and friend. These experiences and his rigorous eye on his own development and shadow provides a rich source for his one to one coaching.
Waqar is married and has 3 children.
