Katrien is a group facilitator based in Belgium.

She is a musician and organizational sociologist by training, and has worked for several years as an HR advisor and team coach in healthcare and non-profit organizations.

She enjoys taking a broad perspective, making connections, and collaborating, and aims to foster peace and equity within organizations—and thereby in the world.

She believes that Shadow Work aligns beautifully with that gentle activism: holding space for people to see and love themselves as they are, inspiring and empowering them to love and care for others as they are.
