Fanny is a social worker and pedagogue with a specialization in anthropology. She is trained in deep democracy, systemic work, traumasensitive and tranformational coaching and groupfacilitation. Fanny worked as a supervisor, trainer and manager in the fair trade sector and in childcare. She did research and provided trainings in an academic center of expertise on interculturality. She is a guest lector at various university colleges on themes as: intercultural competence and inclusive decision making.

Since 2012 she has her own company Goesthing where she guides people through transitions, empowering all voices to be included.  In 2019 she invited people to come along and started the HUMMUS collective with the aim to educate, guide and inspire people and/in organisations on deep democracy. Fanny is an author of several books and a keynotespeaker.
