Emma facilitates Shadow Work with absolute warmth and care; lived-experience and professional integrity; and a passion for supporting others on their journeys.
Inspired by the transformational power of Shadow Work in her own life-path and sense-of-self, Emma combines this model alongside her existing practices of Nutritional Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). To further expand her offer, Emma is currently undertaking postgraduate studies in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Through her multi-layered expertise, Emma works with the known and unknown repercussions of holding emotions, stress, trauma, and life’s complexities in the body. This, complimented by her deep acceptance and understanding of people from all walks-of-life and ways-of-living, shapes her commitment to Shadow Work as a powerful model for exploring, releasing and accessing the resources within oneself needed along the journey of self-acceptance and growth.
“Unique, fantastic, transformative and life-affirming experience. Highly recommend to all those who wish to better understand themselves and their connection to others.”

“This was my first foray into Shadow Work, and I entered the group feeling nervous and not knowing what to expect. I arrived with intention but unsure how this would be realised, if at all. Through the introductory guided activities, the group very quickly began to communicate with heart and connection, and I felt we were having authentic interactions which were effortless, kind and supportive. The facilitators held the group with compassion and a strength that helped us progress through some, quite often, very difficult scenarios from our past experiences. Doing my own piece, I experienced a deep-rooted fragility and vulnerability but felt so supported by the facilitators and the group itself that I was able to work through and heal this and can honestly say that wound no longer hurts. I came away from the weekend with a profound sense that something important had happened and when I looked over my journal I noticed I’d written ‘I’m smiling again’.”
