Despite its dark & mysterious name, I found “Shadow Work” to be a very safe and precise way of exploring issues that were buried deep in the tapestry of my being. Perhaps because its tools are drawn from golden threads that have existed in mankind for millennia, I found it possible to travel further than I had been before and return still carrying the truths I had uncovered.
Shadow Work helped me to get rid of a deep and hidden childhood trauma that I was living with, coping with its consequences without even knowing it was there. I recommend it to anyone, as I think it really helps to get back to our true nature
Shadow Work was far more effective than I dared to hope it could be and as good as I ever could have imagined. The tools and techniques are finely tuned to address each personal problem and bring out the essence of healing. All aspects of the human are integrated so well I felt more relief after one weekend then I’ve found through years of work. Although some previous personal work is invaluable for progress, the dynamic range of the process seems almost unlimited – from big to small.
